Xerox Scanner Warranty FAQs

Q: What type of warranty is offered on Xerox scanners?

A: Most of the Xerox scanners that we stock come with a warranty. Some Xerox scanners will be sold "as is" and will be advised prior to sale.

Q: What is your warranty policy on Xerox scanners?

• found to be in good working order, we will ship the Xerox scanner back to you at your expense.
• found to be in good working order, but you do not want the Xerox scanner back or found it elsewhere. A $50 fee or 25% restock fee will be applied to your refund if you are within the return period.
• found to be in good working order, but you do not want the Xerox scanner or found it elsewhere and the return period has passed. The Xerox scanner will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be given. You must give us the opportunity to exercise our BIGeSTOCK warranty.
