Q: What is the return period on my Sun servers?

A: We will accept a return if we are notified within 10 calendar days of receiving the product. A tracking number must be emailed to RMA@BIGeSTOCK.com on return products within 3 days of receiving the RMA # (Return Material Authorization number); or the part will be non-returnable. All good parts returned will be subject to a $50 or 25% restock fee; whichever is greater. A restock fee is necessary because we must try to recover the cost associated with processing and unwinding an order. There are no returns if BIGeSTOCK is notified after 10 days of receiving the product.

Sun Server Warranty FAQs

Q: What type of warranty is offered on Sun servers?

Q: What is your warranty policy on Sun servers?

A: If a Sun server or other part is or becomes defective during the warranty period, BIGeSTOCK will try to replace the unit. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a refund less the shipping. Under no circumstances will we refund first.
