A: We will accept a return if we are notified within 10 calendar days of receiving the product. A tracking number must be emailed to RMA@BIGeSTOCK.com on return products within 3 days of receiving the RMA # (Return Material Authorization number); or the part will be non-returnable. All good parts returned will be subject to a $50 or 25% restock fee; whichever is greater. A restock fee is necessary because we must try to recover the cost associated with processing and unwinding an order. There are no returns if BIGeSTOCK is notified after 10 days of receiving the product.

Although most new Okidata drums carry a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1-3 years, we are unable to quote the Lexmark warranty because we are not the manufacturer of the Okidata drum. Storage defects that are covered by the Lexmark warranty must be claimed through the manufacturer, not BIGeSTOCK. If you are within our warranty period on a new Okidata drum, used Okidata drum, refurbished Okidata drum, and replacement Okidata drum, we will process the claim for you..

Q: What is your warranty policy on OKI Data drums?

A: If an Okidata drum or other part is, was, or becomes defective during the warranty period, BIGeSTOCK will try to replace the unit in question. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a refund excluding the shipping cost. Under no circumstances will we refund prior to assessment. BIGeSTOCK always tries to replace the defective unit before a refund is issued. The product must be first shipped back to us for further diagnostics. Oftentimes, customers send us Okidata image drums that are actually without defect. For this reason, we do not pay return shipping. If an Okidata drum is shipped back to us via our RMA process and within the warranty period and is:

• found to be defective, we will ship out a replacement OKI Data drum and pay for shipping back to you. The replacement OKI Data drum will ship out the same way it was ordered.
• found to be in good working order, we will ship the OKI Data drum back to you at your expense.
• found to be in good working order, but you do not want the OKI Data drum back or found it elsewhere. A $50 fee or 25% restock fee will be applied to your refund if you are within the return period.
• found to be in good working order, but you do not want the OKI Data drum or found it elsewhere and the return period has passed. The OKI Data drum will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be given. You must give us the opportunity to exercise our BIGeSTOCK warranty.
