HP Part Return/Refund FAQs

Q: What is the return period on my HP part?

A: We will accept a return if we are notified within 10 calendar days of receiving the product. A tracking number must be emailed to RMA@BIGeSTOCK.com on return products within 3 days of receiving the RMA # (Return Material Authorization number); or the part will be non-returnable. All good parts returned will be subject to a $50 or 25% restock fee; whichever is greater. A restock fee is necessary because we must try to recover the cost associated with processing and unwinding an order. There are no returns if BIGeSTOCK is notified after 10 days of receiving the product.

Q: How will I receive my refund on HP parts?

A: All refunds will be issued via BIGeSTOCK company check sent via USPS priority mail.

HP Part Warranty FAQs

Q: What type of warranty is offered on HP parts?

A: Most of the HP parts that we stock come with a warranty. Some HP parts will be sold "as is" and will be advised prior to sale.

• Used HP parts are backed by a 30 day warranty through BIGeSTOCK.
• Refurbished HP parts are backed by a 90 day warranty through BIGeSTOCK.
• New HP parts are backed by a 90 day warranty through BIGeSTOCK.

Although most new HP parts carry a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1-3 years, we are unable to quote the HP warranty because we are not the manufacturer of HP parts. HP parts defects that are covered by the HP warranty must be claimed through the manufacturer, not BIGeSTOCK. If you are within our warranty period on new HP parts, used HP parts, replacement HP parts, refurbished HP parts, used HP hard drives and refurbished HP hard drives, we will process the claim for you.

Q: What is your warranty policy on HP parts?

A: If an HP computer part is or becomes defective during the warranty period, BIGeSTOCK will try to replace the unit. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a refund less the shipping. Under no circumstances will we refund first. BIGeSTOCK always tries to replace the defective unit before a refund is given. The product must be shipped back to us for further testing. Oftentimes, customers send us a HP part that is actually not defective. This is the reason why we do not pay return shipping. If a HP part is shipped back to us via our RMA process and within the warranty period and is:

• found to be defective, we will ship out a replacement HP part and pay for shipping back to you. The replacement HP part will ship out the same way it was ordered.
• found to be in good working order, we will ship the HP part back to you at your expense.
• found to be in good working order, but you do not want the HP part back or found it elsewhere. A $50 fee or 25% restock fee will be applied to your refund if you are within the return period.
• found to be in good working order, but you do not want the HP part or found it elsewhere and the return period has passed. The HP part will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be given. You must give us the opportunity to exercise our BIGeSTOCK warranty.
