All products are thoroughly tested before shipping, unless otherwise noted, at which time the customer will be advised.

1. ALL PRODUCTS SOLD MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON ASIDE FROM WARRANTY ISSUES AND SHIPMENT ERRORS.

2. ALL RMA'S WILL BE NON-RETURNABLE IF NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 10 CALENDAR DAYS FROM DATE OF ISSUANCE.

3. Advance replacements for DOA products currently available in inventory can be shipped immediately as a separately billed order and will be shipped on BIGESTOCK.COM's shipping account. When the defective RMA item is returned, the REPLACEMENT ORDER (which includes shipping charges) will be credited. However, if the returned item is in good working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied and the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping charges.

4. Customers who receive goods damaged caused by the carrier, must notify the shipping agent and file an insurance claim. BIGESTOCK.COM is not responsible for damages incurred in transit.

5. Returns or replacements for shortages or discrepancies must be requested within 72 hours of receipt of order to guarantee an RMA number.

6. BIGESTOCK.COM warranty covers repair or replacement, at our discretion, of any product found to be defective within the warranty period. The warranty begins from the date of receipt. If no replacement product is available at that time, BIGESTOCK.COM will issue a credit for the product only. There is no refund for shipping costs. Returns are for replacement or credit, no cash refunds will be made.

7. RMA numbers are issued only after the customer provides the date, invoice number or order number, part number, serial number and a brief description of the failure of the part being returned. BIGESTOCK.COM provides this information on-line at WWW.BIGESTOCK.COM under the RMA Request.

8. RMAs must be returned in the original packaging and shipped at the expense of the customer. RMAs shipped collect will be refused. All returns will be thoroughly inspected, returns will not be accepted if damaged, unless the damage occurred during transit.

9. Returns tested by BIGESTOCK.COM and found to be defective will either be repaired or replace. If the return is unrepairable or unreplaceable, a refund will be given less the shipping cost. Returns tested by BIGESTOCK.COM and found to be working will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
