Who are you?   Top
- BIGeSTOCK.com, incorporated as Synergy Data, Inc., is a rapid growing Company established in 2006 based out of Orange County, California.  We are a distributor/reseller of thousands of different manufacturing brands with access to over 3 million different electronic parts and accessories.  Our specialties are: hard to find new, refurbished and used information technology parts and equipment.  With focus on excellent customer service we've earned a loyal customer base, including but not limited to Government Agencies, Educational Facilities and Fortune 1000 companies.  

With access to thousands of suppliers and millions of products, we are your one stop shop for all your computer needs.  If we don't have it, we may still be able to find it for you!

Sales FAQ's

How do I order?   Top
- You can order through our secure web server (24 hours day, 7 days a week, 365 days year!), shoot us an email, send a fax or call us on the phone (8-5PM PST) {Link to contacts page}. Just provide your Company Name (If applicable), Name, Bill To, Ship To, Phone Number, Email Address and Payment Method. We'll have your order shipped out in no time!

Minimum Order   Top
- We usually do not have minimum order requirements, but there will be occasions when a minimum QUANTITY must be ordered to complete the sale. We will advise at point of sale. If it is not mentioned, you are good to go.

Do you accept credit cards?   Top
- Absolutely! In fact, we prefer payments by credit card. Paying for your order using a credit card is fast, convenient and easy. Combine this with our secure web server, we’ll have a fast and safe sales transaction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Payment Methods   Top
- We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Wire Transfer, Company Check, Money Order, Personal Check, Net Terms (upon approval) and good old CASH! All orders must be prepaid via one of the aforementioned payment method unless otherwise communicated by your Sales Representative.
  • Credit Card We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
  • PayPal We will only ship to PayPal verified addresses, NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Company Check, Money Order, and Personal Check It is necessary for us to wait 2-5 business days for checks and money order to clear
    prior to your order shipping. This will give our bank enough time to verify that the funds from the checks and money order are available. This is
    the reason why we prefer payment via credit card. We can ship the same day (if payment received before 12PM PST). But if you are not in a
    rush, we will gladly accept checks and money order.

  • Net 5, 10, 15, and 30 Payment Terms This means we will accept and ship your order before payment is received; And we will give you 5, 10,
    15 or 30 days to pay us back. BIGeSTOCK generally gives net terms to Government Agencies, Educational Facilities, and Fortune 1000
    companies. If you are interested in net terms as payment, please email or fax your Purchase Order, credit references and the contact to your
    account payable person. It will required 1-3 days to set an account up for this payment method. This time frame is necessary for us to check all
    references and make a decision if credit will be given.

  • Cash Nothing better than cash!

Do I need an account to buy products?   Top
- Absolution not! Although we have thousands of return customers, we also have thousands of 1 time customers as well. Just by ordering from us, your contact will be stored in our database. If you choose to order in the future we will still have your information available. BIGeSTOCK takes your private information very seriously. We will not offer, sell, barter, market, provide, trade, vend or supply any of your private information to anyone EVER! Your information is safe with us.

Price Matching   Top
- If you find better pricing elsewhere, please contact us and give us a try. Because of our purchase history and excellent relationship with our suppliers, we are able to get the best possible pricing for any given product in our inventory line. More than likely, we will meet or beat our competitors by 5%. You may find yourself pleasantly surprised.

How long is my quote good for?   Top
- BIGeSTOCK buy and sell products daily and our inventory can sometimes change very rapidly. If a product is quoted on a given day and becomes out of stock by the end of the day, we cannot guarantee the quoted price. Our cost on that product may change the next time we buy it. It could be cheaper or it could be more expensive.

Government/ Educational Customer   Top
- BIGeSTOCK sells to Government Agencies and Educational Facilities all the time. We will gladly accept a Purchase Order with net terms as payment. We have sold to Government Agencies such as the US Military, NASA, USPS, and many more. Some of our educational customers are Texas A&M, UCLA, UCI, and thousands of other schools all over the United States.

International Customer   Top
- BIGeSTOCK accepts international orders from all Countries from all over the world. We will accept credit card, wire transfer and PayPal as payment from most international customers.

Return/Refund FAQ's

What is the return period?   Top
- We will accept a return if we are notified within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.  A tracking number must be emailed to RMA@BIGeSTOCK.com on return products within 3 days of receiving the RMA # (Return Material Authorization number); or the part will be non-returnable. All good parts returned will be subject to a $50 or 25% restock fee; whichever is greater. A restock fee is necessary because we must try to recover the cost associated with processing and unwinding an order.

- There are NO RETURNS if we are notified after 10 days of receiving the product.


Warranty FAQ's

What is the Warranty Period?   Top
- Most products BIGeSTOCK sells will come with a warranty. Some will be sold "as is" and will be advised prior to sale.
  • Used product 30 day warranty through BIGeSTOCK
  • Refurbished product 90 day warranty through BIGeSTOCK
  • New product 90 day warranty through BIGeSTOCK. Although most new products will carry a Manufacturer Warranty ranging from 1-3 years, we are unable to quote the Manufacturer warranty because we are not the Manufacturer. Defects that are covered by the manufacturer warranty must be claimed through the Manufacturer not BIGeSTOCK. If you are within our warranty period we will process the claim for you.


What is your Warranty Policy?   Top
- If a part is or becomes defective during the warranty period, we will try to replace the unit. If a replacement is not available, we will refund less the shipping. Under no circumstances will we refund first. BIGeSTOCK will always try to replace the defective unit before a refund is given. The product must be shipped back to us for further testing. A lot of times customers will send us product that is not defective. This is the reason why we do not pay shipping back to us. If the product shipped back to us via our RMA process and within the warranty period and is:
  • found to be defective, we will ship out a replacement and pay for shipping back to you. It will ship out the same way it was ordered.
  • found to be in good working order, we will ship the part back to you at your expense.
  • found to be in good working order, but you do not want the product back or found it elsewhere. A $50 fee or 25% restock fee will be applied to
    your refund IF YOU ARE WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD.
  • found to be in good working order, but you do not want the product back or found it elsewhere and the return period has passed. The product
    will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be given. You must give us the opportunity to exercise our warranty.
    Please do not purchase a replacement elsewhere prior to speaking with us.

How do I search for parts?   Top
- Quite simple. Go to the Search Inventory field located at the top left in our home page. You can search for the part or model number in the part field or search for keywords in the keyword field.

Shipping FAQ's

Do you ship internationally?   Top
- We absolutely do! We ship WORDLDWIDE using FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. FedEx and UPS does not ship to APO's or PO Boxes. There may be a few days delay if you would like us to ship using USPS. Some products ship from our Distributors who usually do not use USPS as a shipping method. In this situation, we would have the product shipped to us first, then we would send someone out to the post office to ship to you.

Do you drop ship?   Top
- Yes we do! BIGeSTOCK can even blind drop ship if needed. We have resellers who buy from us, and sometimes require us to ship directly to their customer. All you have to do is, email or fax us the packing slip you would like us to use; We’ll do the rest!

Can you ship on our shipping account?   Top
- Yes we can! BIGeSTOCK can ship using your FedEx, UPS or DHL Account. In fact, this option is available when checking out through our shopping cart. Just enter your account number and shipping will not be billed on your sales receipt.

What is my Tracking number?   Top
- We will update tracking on our website daily. Sometimes your tracking number will not be available for 24-72 hours. If you need tracking urgently please call in and speak to your Sales Representative.

Duties and Taxes?    Top
- Duties and Taxes are fees charged by the Country we are exporting goods to.  We are not responsible for duties and taxes.  Different countries have different fees depending on what is being imported and the cost of that product.
